MIGRAINES + HEADACHES

Many migraines stem from tension around the skull and upper neck. Our 5,000-gram skull rests on a delicate 6-gram bone, where sensitive structures like the brainstem, suboccipital muscles, and blood vessels converge.

When this area—known as the cranio-cervical junction—is imbalanced, it can lead to pressure or irritation that triggers migraines. Restoring alignment here often reduces both the frequency and intensity of migraines. Imbalances lower in the neck commonly contribute to other types of chronic headaches.
